Made a reservation online and once we got to the property Ms. Sharon was so nice. She answered all the questions she made us feel like we were already apart of the public storage family before we even committed to the unit. She explained everything as she went through it. I will definitely go back just to say hey to her when we leave the storage unit. The property was also nicely kept no trash or bugs the units have lights to use for when it's dark.

Mr. Nathan has a very pleasant and easy going personality and knows how to make you feel like family more than a customer. For two years now he has dealt with my complaints and found a solution for those that he could; he has even gone beyond the call of his job to help me with a matter outside of buisness. I will miss his presence and the small talk but; there's enough kindness in him to share.
